DOWNLOADING / INSTALLING APPS --
Which iOS is required?
- The iPhone / iPod touch apps require iOS 3.0 or later.
- The iPad apps (HD) require iOS 3.2 or later.

Why can’t I download the app on iTunes?
- Check to see if you have the required iOS.
- See FAQ “Which iOS is required?” for details.
Why can’t I sync the app with my iPod touch?
- Check to see that you have iOS 3.0 or later (an Apple requirement).

LETTER BUDDIES ALPHABOOKS GENERAL USAGE --
How to Select a Book:
- From
the Main Menu page, tap on a Letter Buddies character to read the
corresponding AlphaBook.
(ie choose Active A to read the A Book)
How to Turn Pages:
- At
any time, you can easily change the page forward or backward by using a
simple swiping motion
with your finger to the left or right.
How to Replay Audio:
- Double tap the screen to replay the audio on any given page.
How to Return to Main Menu:
- When
reading a book, you can return to the Main Menu at any time. Touch the
screen of the page
that you are reading to access the header and then select the “AlphaBooks” button to go back to
the Main Menu.

TROUBLESHOOTING: SOUND & HIGHLIGHTING PROBLEMS --
Why can’t I hear any audio?
- Check the Ring/Silent switch button on the upper left corner of your iPhone and make sure that
the orange dot is not showing. - Go to the Settings Page from the Main Menu to make sure that the audio is turned “ON”
- Turn up the volume using the buttons on the left side of your iPhone.

Why isn’t the text highlighting?
- Go to the Settings Page from the Main Menu to make sure that the highlighting is turned “ON”

How do I delete an app and re-download?
- Delete
the application from your device. Press down on the icon until all your
icons start shaking.
An X should appear on the top corner of the icon. Press the X, and you will be prompted to delete. - Re-download the application with the same iTunes login, and you will not have to purchase it again. See:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.
